Canadian Shipping and Returns

Shipping to Canada

We offer a variety of at-cost shipping methods to Canada. Regrettably, we are unable to provide discounted shipping for international orders due to the cost of shipping. We recommend using the US Postal Service, as they will turn over shipments to Canada Post upon import for delivery.

All shipments to Canada may incur duty, excise, and handling fees that must be paid prior to releasing imported goods from the USA. These fees may include GST (General Sales Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) based on the declared value.

Regrettably, we cannot provide detail on potential taxes or fees and/or whether they will be required on your international purchase. You are responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of your item. 

Any international orders returned to Pac Nor Westy unclaimed for non-payment of duty and excise tax will be refunded in the original form of payment minus the international shipping and processing fees paid. 

Exchanges from Canada

We will gladly exchange your purchase for another size at your request within 45 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your original item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Step one of your exchange is to email us at service@pacnorwesty.com. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) in your original order you would like to exchange and the new size

You may choose to mail the exchange to us yourself or we can provide a pre-paid return label to you for a service and handling charge of $16.95 USD. These options will be provided to you in the confirmation email for your exchange. We will mail the exchanged item to you for free upon receipt of your returned item.

We will verify whether we have the exchange item/size in stock. If the item/size is not in stock, we will issue a refund for your purchase as outlined in our returns for refund policy.

Returns for Refund from Canada

We gladly offer refunds on returns within 45 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Step one for your refund is to email us at service@pacnorwesty.com. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Verification that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it

You may choose to mail the return to us yourself or we can provide a pre-paid return label to you for a service and handling charge of $16.95 USD deducted from your refund. These options will be provided to you in the confirmation email for your exchange.

Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied in your original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, refunds usually process within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Regrettably, with exception of defect, we cannot offer returns/exchanges on washed, worn, or used goods or any of the items mentioned below.

Seasonal and Holiday Items

With exception of defect, seasonal and holiday items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items end in a price of .90

Final Sale Items

Only regular or discounted items ending in a price of .99 or .95 may be returned or exchanged. Any item with a price ending in .97 is final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Discount Exclusions

Regrettably, the following items are not eligible for discount codes or coupons: Pendleton brand products or sale merchandise with a price ending in .99 or .97
