Shipping to Canada
We offer flat fee shipping to Canada for $16.95 USD. Regrettably, we are unable to provide discounted shipping for international orders due to the cost of shipping.
Canada Post may require payment of duty, excise, and handling fees prior to releasing imported goods from the USA. These fees may include GST (General Sales Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) based on the declared value.
Regrettably, we cannot provide detail on potential taxes or fees and/or whether they will be required on your international purchase. You are responsible for paying these fees.
Any international orders returned to Pac Nor Westy unclaimed for non-payment of duty and excise tax will be refunded in the original form of payment minus the $16.95 USD international shipping and processing fee.
Exchanges from Canada
We will gladly exchange your purchase for another size at your request within 45 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your original item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Step one of your exchange is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the following information:
You may choose to mail the exchange to us yourself or we can provide a pre-paid return label to you for a service and handling charge of $16.95 USD. These options will be provided to you in the confirmation email for your exchange. We will mail the exchanged item to you for free.
We will verify whether we have the exchange item/size in stock. If the item/size is not in stock, we will issue a refund for your purchase as outlined in our returns for refund policy.
Returns for Refund from Canada
We gladly offer refunds on returns within 45 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Step one for your refund is to email us at email@example.com. Be sure to include the following information:
We will send you a pre-paid return label. Just drop your return in the mail and we will take it from there.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied in your original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, refunds usually process within 3-5 business days.
Please note that a $16.95 USD service charge will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Regrettably, with exception of defect, we cannot offer returns/exchanges on washed, worn, or used goods or any of the items mentioned below.
Seasonal and Holiday Items
With exception of defect, seasonal and holiday items are not eligible for return. These items have a price ending in .90
Final Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Any item with a price ending in .97 is final sale. Unfortunately, final sale items are not eligible for refund.
