    THERE ARE TWO EASY WAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE:


    EXCHANGE INFORMATION

    Sometimes, you need a different size! No worries – we gladly offer exchanges within 45 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

    To start an exchange, email us at service@pacnorwesty.com. Be sure to include the following information:

    • Your order number.
    • Item(s) to be exchanged.
    • Replacement size(s) needed.

    We will verify we have the replacement item(s) in stock and provide further instructions on how to ship your exchange item(s) back to us. Please note, the replacement item(s) will not be shipped until we receive the original item(s) and it has been inspected. We’ll then mail the replacement item to you at no additional charge.

    If the replacement item/size is not in stock, we will issue a refund for your purchase as outlined in our returns for refund policy.

    RETURN INFORMATION

    Sometimes, you change your mind. No worries – we gladly offer returns within 45 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

    To start an return, email us at service@pacnorwesty.com. Be sure to include the following information:

    • Your order number.
    • Item(s) to be returned.

    We will provide further instructions on how to ship your returned item(s) back to us. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear back in your account. If you have not received your refund credit within 5 business days, reach back out to us at service@pacnorwesty.com and we’ll track it down.

    RETURN POLICY ADDITIONAL TERMS

    All return/exchange requests must be received within 45 days of the original purchase. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original condition received. Regrettably, with exception of defect, we cannot offer returns/exchanges on washed, worn, or used goods.

    • Seasonal Items: With exception of defect, seasonal and holiday items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will end in a price of zero ($.90)
    • Final Sale Items: Our final sale items are end of the season items that we will no longer carry. Quantities are limited to the sizes and styles we have in stock. Any item with a price ending in seven ($.97) is final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Discount Exclusions: Regrettably, the following items are not eligible for discount codes or coupons: Pendleton brand products or sale merchandise with a price ending in seven ($.97) or nine ($.99).
    • Price Adjustments: Regrettably, we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. We recommend you sign up to receive email updates from us regarding upcoming sales and promotions.
