Rooibos tea is believed to be high in anti-oxidants, contains nine trace minerals including iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, calcium and sodium, as well as many yet unknown micronutrients. The addition of star anise, cinnamon, lemon peel, clove, and honey sugar give this blend its delicious Hot Toddy flavor. To top it off, it includes a slice of dehydrated lemon that is simmered in Oregonian wildflower honey as a garnish.

Josh and Isabel met while working at a Peruvian restaurant in Portland. Josh introduced Isabel to all of his favorite trails and she quickly became an outdoor enthusiast too.
